You are trusting Eden with some of the most personal parts of your life. Here, plainly, is how we protect that trust, and what we will never do with it.
Raya only reads
She reads the accounts you link and never moves money. Any change she suggests is shown to you first.
Your bank password stays with your bank
You sign in to your bank through Plaid. Eden never sees or stores your password.
Trace is sealed, even from us
What you keep in Trace is encrypted on your device before it is saved. Only you can open it. Not even Eden.
Passkeys and two-factor sign-in
Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or your phone, with a second check on new devices.
Numbers you can trust
Every figure Raya gives you is calculated from your real data first. She explains the numbers; she never invents them.
Yours to take, yours to close
Download everything Eden holds about you as one file, unlink a bank and erase its history, or close your account.

Your data stays yours to take, keep or erase.

- Unlink a bank and keep its history, or unlink it and delete its transactions from Eden for good.

- Product analytics and crash reports each have their own switch in Settings.
- Support only when you say
- Eden support can see your Raya chats only if you give access, for a set time, and you can stop it at any moment.
- Close your account
- Closing is in Settings, and it does what it says.
What we refuse
Some things Eden will not do, even if they would work.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not run ads.
- We do not use fear, shame or false urgency to bring you back.
- We do not use streaks, badges or infinite feeds to keep you in the app.
- Raya does not move your money, trade for you, or pretend to be a licensed advisor.
