The Talent Garden is an open door for people who resonate with Eden before the right seat exists. It is not a waiting list and it is not a dead end. It is a living place to stay in touch, so that when a role opens that fits you, we already know your work.
A living profile, not a one-time form
A Garden profile is lighter than a full role application and it grows with you. You can return any time to update it, and it holds a small, honest picture of who you are:
- Work you are proud of
- A few pieces that show how you think and the bar you hold yourself to — in any medium, from any domain.
- A thinking sample
- A short piece of your own reasoning, so we can hear how you work through a problem rather than only what you have shipped.
- Your resonance with Eden
- Why this work matters to you, and where your sense of craft and care meets what we are building.
- What has changed
- When you return, an optional note on what has grown since your last update. The Garden is a living profile, not a static application.
How it is read
We read the Garden periodically, and again whenever a new role opens. When a profile fits, we reach out and invite you into the right stage of the process — and if your profile already shows us enough, we may skip the first step entirely. Nothing here expires, and “not now” is never a rejection.
